8 Years.

This week on December 6th we will be celebrating our 8th birthday.

Small business Saturday is one day out of the year for the little guys who take a BIG chance on something they believe in.

For us it is creating a space in the world where the guests can be themselves and leave feeling amazing, the employees can be artists and create the life they want for themselves, and that together we can positively impact our community and the people we come in contact with everyday.

We started this salon in 2011.. We were 27. We built it from the ground up, and we are so proud of our space, our team, and our community.

I have learned many lessons over the past 8 years and I could bore you with them forever because they were hard earned and stick with me.

BUT my favorite thing about this LJ birthday is there is an energy in the salon from 2019 that is gearing up to hit the ground running in 2020 - we are right where we belong and are excited about where we are headed.

Year 8 was filled with good intentions that turned into good actions.

Our partnerships with Eufora and Green Circle Salons have allowed us to further our commitment to making the best decisions for our support behind the chair, our guests and the quality service they get from our products, and our community and the impact our business does and can have on them.

The positive energy that has come from these actions has given us momentum to talk about our bigger goals.

2020 will be filled with education, goal setting, surrounding ourselves with people who strengthen us, and giving it ALL back to the guests who sit in our chairs.
